How do I book grooming or boarding?
Use the booking form on the service page. The store receives an email request and can continue confirmation by phone or WhatsApp.
Can I choose a date and time?
Yes. Pick a preferred slot and add it to Google Calendar after submitting. Final availability is confirmed by the store.
What should I mention before grooming?
Share breed, age, temperament, allergies, coat condition and any medical concerns.
What do I need for boarding?
Share feeding routine, vaccination status, emergency contact, medication details and comfort preferences.
